Ten year old Dakota is both charming and challenging. He can be very polite and appreciative. He is fun loving and he enjoys playing video games as well as some outdoor activities. He loves swimming and animals. He thrives on attention, praise as well as consistent and firm limits. Dakota is a young man who has had some very difficult experiences and he has not always handled them well but he continues to receive intensive services to help him learn to make better decisions. Dakota needs a very strong, patient, unconditionally committed adoptive family who can help him become the successful and happy young man he has the ability to become.
